Rick Zirpolo, Founder & CEO
Originally from New York, Rick Zirpolo made his move to the West Coast and pursued a degree in History at Santa Clara University. He has been in the copier business for more than 30 years, and worked as an account manager and VP before opening Rabbit Office Automation in 1987. Since then, his hard work ethic and customer-first philosophy have pushed ROA to grow into the nationally recognized company it is today.

Bill Buckner, CFO & COO
After growing up on the East Coast and earning an economics degree at Colby College and an MBA from Northeastern University, Bill moved to the West Coast to work in various Controllership, CFO and COO positions in retail and consumer products companies prior to joining Rabbit 12 years ago.  In addition to his strong financial and operational skills, he brings with him a strong customer service orientation from these prior successful growth companies.

Mark Irwin, Vice President
A native Californian, Mark was raised in the heart of Silicon Valley and graduated from Phillips College. Completing his Degree in Computer Information Systems after 10 years of service management and administration elevated him to a unique position with an added perspective of networked business technologies. Mark’s innovative approach to solving his client’s problems is one of understanding, patience, and the ability to apply technology without overwhelming his client’s end users.
