Founder & CEO
Originally from New York, Rick Zirpolo made his move to the West Coast and pursued a degree in History at Santa Clara University. He has been in the copier business for more than 30 years, starting out as an account manager and VP before opening Rabbit Office Automation in 1987. Since then, his hard work ethic and customer-first philosophy have pushed Rabbit to grow into the nationally recognized company it is today. His non-work related activities include involvement with several non-profit Silicon valley organizations.

Mark Irwin, a Business Equipment Analyst, has over 34 years of working in the Business Technologies Industry. He has the unique ability to understand the benefits of emerging document management applications. His ability to bring these applications to clients has always earned him the respect of his clients and admiration of his peers. A native Californian, Mark was raised in Silicon Valley, where he has witnessed the innovation, development, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Mark in recent years has taken these emerging technologies from Silicon Valley to corporations worldwide. His teams have successfully collaborated with clients to facilitate implementations in over a dozen countries worldwide.
Mark’s innovative approach to solving the client’s problems is one of understanding, patience, and the ability to apply technology without overwhelming the client. His methodology is to ask the important questions, then patiently listening to the entire answer from his clients. Only then can he bring the best solutions to his client’s demanding business needs.
CFO & COO
After growing up on the East Coast and earning an economics degree at Colby College and an MBA from Northeastern University, Bill moved to the West Coast to work in various Controllership, CFO and COO positions in retail and consumer products companies prior to joining Rabbit 12 years ago. In addition to his strong financial and operational skills, he brings with him a strong customer service orientation from these prior successful growth companies.
Chrissy Zirpolo Campi
Chrissy Zirpolo Campi, born and raised in Silicon Valley, moved into the Sales Manager position at Rabbit Office Automation in 2014. Since taking over the sales team, she has led the team to double digit sales growth. Chrissy joined Rabbit in 2011 as an Account Manager and within 3 years, acquired two of the largest accounts in the history of the company, helping Rabbit expand their reach not only nationwide but around the globe. Prior to working at Rabbit, Chrissy was aggressively recruited from North Carolina to work at a high tech recruiting firm here in the valley. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Management where she was a scholarship athlete for NC State’s Division I Women’s Volleyball team. In her free time, Chrissy enjoys hiking with her husband Nick and her dog Gunner, reading, and traveling the world to experience different countries and cultures.
